Compass House Framed Shaker Kitchen
It has been such a pleasure working with our Compass House clients on their beautiful new kitchen. They opted for a framed shaker design with some stunning additional features.
This property is a quirky, period property and we relish the challenge of Designing for these types of buildings. With bespoke design and construction, we are able to utilise each individual space, factoring in the slopes, contours and character of the building.
We colour matched the island to the colour of their Aga and have created and incorporated a 100mm thick, Oak end grain chopping board to their island worktop.
Our Compass House clients love to cook, so creating storage and divisions for all their essentials was a top priority. We definitely have some spice envy here! Drawers within an island can create some really practical storage. We have a bank of 3 drawer sets here, nearly all of which are divided up into storage sections for pots and pans, lids, utensils, cutlery and even a specifically dimensioned division for their much loved knife block.
For us, a kitchen is more than just some cabinets to house essentials. The kitchen is the hub of your home and any furniture we manufacture, be it a kitchen, boot-room or wardrobe, we want you to enjoy every second using it or being in that room. We want you to feel at peace in your home ready relax to enjoy it and your family and loved ones.
A bespoke kitchen, is all in the detail. With people entertaining more and more in the comfort of their own homes, a functional but beautiful bar cabinet is the perfect feature to include in your bespoke kitchen.
At Compass House we utilised the space of a quirky alcove within the kitchen, to create this showstopper. Mirrored, glazed and with the addition of the integrated lighting, creates this luxurious nook, perfect for both hosting or just a relaxed evening in.
